Lindsey Harrell is a public information professional with more than nine years of experience in government communications. She specializes in public engagement, media relations, and strategic outreach for transportation and infrastructure projects. For three years, Lindsey served as a Public Information Specialist with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Three, where she acted as the communications liaison for more than 100 projects. In this role, she managed public engagement, stakeholder coordination, crisis communications, and media outreach — always with a focus on transparency and building trust with the community.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s in Professional Communication from Florida State University and a Master’s in Strategic Communication from Troy University. Her career has given her a strong foundation in government protocols, an in-depth understanding of transportation messaging, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content.
Outside of her professional work, Lindsey enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and their two children — a spirited little girl and an adventurous little boy — who keep life fun, busy, and full of new experiences.
