Position: Communications Specialist/ Administrative Assistant

 

Job Description/Summary:

ABC Group is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and efficient administrative assistant.

The successful candidate will support the efficient operations of a 20-year-old boutique marketing and communications firm. A few of the specific skills required include:

  • Decision-making: Communications and decision-making are paramount. This position will require you to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Collaboration: Regularly collaborating with other team members as well as clients. Effective written, telephone, video, and interpersonal communication skills are needed.
  • Organizational skills: The candidate should exhibit excellent time management skills, be able to multitask and prioritize work, and possess strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with office technology: To be successful in this role, the candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Dropbox, common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and newsletter content management tools such as Constant Contact.

Compensation:

Dependent on experience and qualifications. (part-time, 20-30 hours per week)
