Position: Administrative Assistant

 

Job Description/Summary:

ABC Group is looking for an organized, reliable, and efficient administrative assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to ensure the efficient operations of the company.  He or she must be able to effectively communicate via phone, email, and video conferences and possess knowledge of office management systems and procedures.  ABC Group is looking for a candidate who exhibits excellent time management skills, can multi-task and prioritize work, is flexible and a team player, and possesses strong attention to detail. Preference will be given to those with strong writing skills. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Adobe, common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and newsletter content management tools such as Constant Contact. This is a part-time position and the workload will vary, however, the candidate that is available daily on a regular basis is preferred.

Compensation:

Dependent on experience and qualifications. (part-time, as needed, hourly)
