Position: Communications Specialist/Project Manager


Job Description:

ABC Group is looking for a motivated, reliable communications professional with at least three years of experience in public relations, journalism, or a related field. The successful candidate will create and implement a variety of public relations plans and communication tools. These may include print materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters) as well as multimedia presentations, social media posts and other forms of digital communications. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills are needed as is experience using common social media platforms and graphic design programs. A Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) is preferred. Experience with MS Office is required, along with website management platforms such as WordPress and newsletter content management tools such as Constant Contact. The ability to effectively use file sharing platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive and Sharepoint will also be required.  This is a part-time position, and the workload will vary.

This position is focused on servicing the construction and transportation industry but may work on projects in other fields.
