ABC Group served as the program manager for the public utility’s $15 million natural gas distribution system modernization effort. Work included media relations (preparation of news releases, editorials, and speeches); facilitating local newspaper, television, and radio coverage; assisting staff with media inquiries; production of informational videos; direct mail outreach for impacted neighborhoods; and preparation of weekly multimedia client briefings.
